Also, the location is marvellous, minutes from art deco thermal baths. The airport is 16 miles away, easy to reach. It is an elegant building, the rooms are perfect with a cozy bed.

Can recommend to others. Wonderful hotel with adequate rooms, great staff, nice prices. Great and brilliant location for Budapest, near tourist attractions, many restaurants and the majestic Liberty bridge. Besides, very convenient to Fovam Square. The rooms with a cozy bed. Plenty of options, different food...

The hotel boasts a prime location with friendly staff and excellent breakfast options, though the rooms are small and lacking in storage. It can get a bit noisy, especially with thin walls, yet the overall experience was enjoyable for a short visit.

This is the quietest hotel we have ever stayed in. The Reception staff are all very helpful and kind. The rooms are clean and the towels are changed daily. The self-service Tea/Coffee/Cappacino/hot chocolate making facilities are very welcome. The breakfast is relaxing. No queing and plenty of choice. The pool is a bit cold but the jacuzzi is very relaxing and almost empty most of the time. We enjoyed our time here. It was close to the train station and bus station and a short walk from the hussle and bussle of the main attraction area.
The only fault was the toilet seat in our room was broken. Slid sideways when you sat on it.

We came to Budapest for a three-day walk with our wife and friends. hotel was chosen from the average price category in the city center. transfer from the airport to the hotel was also booked for 25 euros. the transfer itself and check-in process went perfectly. It should be noted that a deposit was required for the entire stay for 30 Euros. It was a surprise for me, it did not cause any problems. Otherwise, in short, advantages of the hotel is its chic location and good breakfasts. Otherwise - a normal, decent, small hotel.
disadvantages are: 1) Bad noise insulation, good to hear what's happening in the neighboring rooms and corridor. in general, nothing special was happening there, so we didn't suffer much :) 2) The hotel itself is in the historical center, is ideal for walking around the city, near the market, restaurants, shops... However, city comes to life early in the morning and you should be ready to hear the noise of garbage removal, voices, etc.. You can, of course, close the window tightly, then it'll be a bit stuffy... There were two large bottles of water on the table upon arrival. Since we travel quite often, we are used to the fact that in most hotels (well, we have) some water comes as a gift. We thought it was the same here, later, bottles were open, we noticed a sheet on the table informing us that a bottle of water costs 3 Euro. Of course, fault itself, money is small (in the shop next to the truth the same water costs 10 times cheaper), same situation occurred with our friends who were staying in the next room, so be careful :). back transfer to the airport seems to have been promised for 25 euros, on arrival the taxi driver somehow demanded 30 euros. There wasn't much time to deal with it, so they paid, didn't become impoverished of course, there was still some sediment...

Good location, room was clean, good breakfast, good massage, nice pool outside and inside, good value for the money, friendly staff. Things to improve: Jacuzi could use a good clean, corridors floors need new carpet, and room smells like cigaret smoke.

Perfect for a short escape
The breakfast was the highlight. A fresh spread of pastries, and a good mix of both savory and sweet options. The shower? It was powerful enough to wash away all the worries of the day!
It wasn't exactly economical, though I suppose you get what you pay for.
